Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel your gift wrapping order:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled completion date will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Once work has begun on your order, cancellation may not be possible

Quality Issues

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our gift wrapping services, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve any issues, which may include:

• Re-wrapping the item at no additional cost
• Partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances
• Replacement of damaged wrapping materials

Damaged Items

If your gift wrapping arrives damaged due to shipping or handling errors on our part, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-designed wrapping that has been completed according to your specifications
• Personalized items that have been customized with names or messages
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling
